At DARCI, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our exchange policy below.


1. Exchange Eligibility

Please note: We do not offer returns. We offer exchanges only.

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The fabric has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The original packaging and invoice must be provided


2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or cut fabrics

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Share your order number and clear pictures of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps

Exchanges sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Exchange Policy Terms

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is out of stock, you will be provided with store credit only

  • Customers may bear delivery charges for exchange cases (except in case of damaged or wrong item delivered by us)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
